The Art Of Slow Living Retreat
A slow, spacious retreat on the Algarve, the breathtaking west coast of Portugal.
For a few carefully curated days, you step out of your usual pace and into something quieter, softer, and more human.
beautiful coastal surroundings
deeply nourishing food
gentle movement and restorative practices woven through the day
ocean swims, pool dips, hot tubs, and sun-soaked stillness
a rhythm that feels spacious, not scheduled
There is a plan — but no pressure.
You’re never rushed.
Never over-stimulated.
Never asked to be “on”.
The days flow in a way that lets you lose track of time — in the best possible way.
What surprises most people isn’t just how relaxed they feel…
It’s how connected they feel — to themselves, and to the people around them.
We keep the group intentionally small.
Strangers arrive — and often leave as lifelong friends.
People consistently tell us they leave with:
a calmer nervous system
a lighter body
a clearer mind
and far more than they expected to gain
If you’ve been craving a reset that doesn’t overwhelm you — this is it.

I’m Hannah, your retreat host and yoga teacher.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over five years, always gravitating towards a gentle, calming practice that soothes the nervous system.
After moving to Portugal, life naturally slowed down, the days felt more spacious, and I fell in love with a quieter, more intentional pace of living.
That rhythm has stayed with me and is now at the heart of my retreats.
This work is my passion. Creating slow, nourishing spaces where people can truly unwind lights me up in a way nothing else does.
“I came out of the retreat gaining far more than I ever expected to.”
"it was so relaxing, i lost track of time"
"i needed this so badly, i feel so light, happy and reconnected"
A private room with its own bathroom.
If you’re travelling solo, you’ll be thoughtfully paired with another guest.
The retreat is set in a peaceful countryside villa in the Western Algarve, Portugal—surrounded by mountains, sea views, and nature in every direction. I’ll share exact location details after booking, but it’s under an hour from Lagos and Faro.
Not at all. The yoga classes are gentle, inclusive, and designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new or have a regular practice, there’ll be options and space for you to move in a way that feels good.
You’ll need to fly into Faro airport. From there, we can help you arrange a transfer or car share with another guest.
We’ll support you with logistics to make it as smooth as possible.
Fresh, local, and cooked daily by our private Portuguese chef. Think nourishing, colourful meals, with traditional touches and a few treats (including a Portuguese dessert workshop!).
Please let me know any dietary needs when booking.
Yes, absolutely.
This is a warm, welcoming space—and you’ll be in good company, even if you arrive not knowing a soul.

It’s an intimate group—just 6–8 guests. Small enough to feel personal, spacious enough to find your own rhythm.
Comfy clothes to move in, something warm for the evenings (light layers), swimwear, walking shoes, and whatever helps you feel cosy and grounded. I’ll send a full packing list after booking.
Pop me a message via the contact form and I’ll send you all the details. A deposit will hold your spot, with the balance due a few weeks before the retreat. Payment plan options available.
Life happens — I totally understand. If you need to cancel your place on the retreat, here’s how it works:
The first payment in the payment plan will be a non-refundable deposit, as they go toward securing the venue and covering upfront costs.
If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the retreat start date, any additional payments made (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of the retreat, I won’t be able to offer a refund unless I can fill your spot — but I’ll do my best to help make that happen.
If for any reason I need to cancel the retreat (due to illness, venue issues, etc.), you’ll receive a full refund including your deposit.
I always recommend taking out travel insurance just in case anything unexpected crops up.
If you have any questions or something changes, just message me — I’ll always do my best to work with you kindly and fairly.
